Day 01: Arrive Dubai + Marina Dhow Cruise Dinner

You arrive in Dubai and our representative from the local area will assist with your arrival at Dubai Airport, after getting all the formalities completed.Take in the stunning view of the sparkling skyline when you arrive at your hotel.Transfer to the hotel that you booked in advance and spend the rest of the day in peace.After dinner, make your way to head towards the Dubai creek, where dinner will be prepared for you under the bright stars.Explore the wonderful cuisines in Dubai while floating on the water, with many live shows and beverages.Stay the night at the hotel.

DAY 02: Dubai City Tour + Burj Khalifa Tickets

Breakfast is delicious and you can begin your journey to the stunning views of Dubai with its breathtaking scenery, historic buildings human-made marvels, and unique architectural styles.You'll be amazed at the splendor of the highest tower, which offers breathtaking views across the city's skyline from its observation deck.Explore Burj Al Arab, Burj Al Arab Burj Khalifa, Fountain show, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Mall, Dubai Museum and many more.Dubai Mall consists outlets for the latest fashions and an activity centers that are adored by visitors.This package comes with tickets to going to the top of the tallest building in the world, where you can experience photographs.The tallest building is within a short distance of Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall and at the base of the tower, there is a fountain show with a variety of bright projections and lights.It is very high and offers stunning views. popular with tourists.In the wake of the tour and a relaxing time at Burj Khalifa, our tour guide drops you back to the hotel.

DAY 03: Desert Safari in the Evening

After breakfast, in the evening, head out for the Desert safari, an awesome region in Dubai.Experience the riding on camels, dunes bashing quad biking, sand boarding with stunning sunset views over the golden sands that is the desert.In the evening, you can enjoy a tasty BBQ meal in the desert. It includes Belly dance Tanoura Dance, henna tattoos, and shisha piping.A perfect place to take photos of the stunning scene.In the wake of you have completed the Desert Safari, you will be transferred back in the Hotel located in Dubai.Then, spend the night at the hotel.

DAY 04: Drop Off To Airport

After breakfast, you can check out of your hotel at the moment it arrives to leave Dubai.The memories of this unforgettable trip will remain with you as our tour manager will take your luggage to Dubai Airport in accordance with the flight schedule.

• Gratuities expected by Bell staff, Restaurant, Transfer and Tour staff and drivers.
• Any meals other than specifed above
• Any sightseeing, tours, transfers, event tickets & tours other than mentioned above not mentioned in package inclusions
• Any item of personal nature like mini-bar, portage, tips, etc
• All entrance fees and excursions not mentioned above. Any other item or service not mentioned in the inclusion

Note:

• All rates are based in USD and minimum 2Pax travelling together at all tours.
• Payments to be collected at the prevailing rate of exchange
• The passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
• We are not holding any hotel bookings at this point of time.
• Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability. you can upgrade to an alternate room category and hotels by paying an extra cost. All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking
• Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee / city tax etc. has to be paid at the hotel directly; the same is not a part of the package and cannot be pre-paid.
• Above rates are not valid during any trade fair/special events, etc.
• Above is just a quote and no services are confirmed at present. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Seat in Coach (SIC) Basis Transfers – means NO MEET & GREET on arrival at the Airport. Clients must follow the joining instructions printed on our vouchers
• Seat in Coach Basis Tours-means NO HOTEL PICK UP/DROP OFF. Clients must make their own way to the boarding point.
• Admissions – does not include transfer from hotel to Attraction Venue. Prices are subject to compliance with minimum head and room count Changes in either would afect net pricing.
• Optional Meals do not include transfers; the meal will be delivered to your hotel if the restaurant is not within walking distance.
• Seat in Coach (SIC) Basis Tour / Transfer pick-up depends on hotel location, if hotel is outside of pick-up zone, clients will have to make own arrangements. No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.

Payment Terms :

Advance 50% payment to book your seat

100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour

Refund policy in case of cancellation:

80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour

50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour

20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour

No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Terms and Conditions

1. The above rates are based on minimum 2 persons travelling together.
2. Child below 12 years can share the bed with the parents with an extra cost.
3. Airfares may change without any notice at any time during the validity of the package.
4. Rates are subject to change based on availability and date of travel (Peak season/ Conference/ Holiday period surcharges would apply)
5. Weekend surcharge may be applicable if any.
6. Hotel check in time is 1400 hours, check out time is 1200 hours. Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
7. Surcharge may applicable if travel in weekends.
8. Cancellation charges would apply as per company policy.
9. Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments and we at Friends Travels can only facilitate in the entire process. We at Friends Travels shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents. Even if the visas are rejected, cancellation charges / fees shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund, if the Clients, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons.
